Erika Zarate
Erika is a Quechua-Canadian activist and community resilience consultant, facilitator and researcher with more than 15 years of professional experience in the fields of human rights, sustainability and resilience. She gained experience in activism at young age in anti-racism and indigenous movement in Canada. She works mainly in Latin America, Canada and Europe hand in hand with organizations, institutions and municipalities willing to increase and improve their capacity and impact towards social and ecological transformation. She is member of the cooperative Resilience.Earth.

Nicola Hillary
Nicola is the Funding Manager for Transition Network since 2010.  She is also a co-guardian of the Municipalities in Transition communities of practice.  Nicola previously worked for BioRegional Development Group, a charity focused on using local resources within a one-planet footprint; and as a fundraising consultant to Stroud Valleys Project and the Ethical Property Foundation.
