CONCEPTUAL FRAMES AND TOOLS
- Mobilize the community to identify their problems and solve them through their participation in sociocratic initiatives that achieve sustainable development.
- The initiatives should be an educational movement that involve various groups interested in carrying out projects or initiatives, where roles and responsibilities change.
- Thought of abundance, which generate ideas such as: “yes, we can”; among several we will achieve it; with the right concept resources will be achieved or only our imagination is the limit of what we can achieve together.
Tools: Transit from a hierarchical structure to a sociocratic, formation of work groups with its own autonomy, workshops, training and strengthening of communication.
