CONCEPTUAL FRAMES AND TOOLS

  1. Mobilize the community to identify their problems and solve them through their participation in sociocratic initiatives that achieve sustainable development.
  2. The initiatives should be an educational movement that involve various groups interested in carrying out projects or initiatives, where roles and responsibilities change.
  3. Thought of abundance, which generate ideas such as: “yes, we can”; among several we will achieve it; with the right concept resources will be achieved or only our imagination is the limit of what we can achieve together.

Tools: Transit from a hierarchical structure to a sociocratic, formation of work groups with its own autonomy, workshops, training and strengthening of communication.

THE BEST ACHIEVEMENTS

Coordination with municipal authorities. Progressive participation of the population. Coordination with institutions and other associations.

Qualification of CASA JET and structuring of groups for the development of initiatives in transition: Business Center, Dry Baths, Education and Community Garden.
