The Bairro Vivo Project aims to bring the Culture of Peace, Sustainable Development, Social Cohesion and Urban Revitalization to the neighborhood through collective actions socio-environmental, socio-economic, socio-educational, artistic and cultural. We have created a promising process that engages people, communities, institutions and cities to jointly co-create and implement the necessary short, medium and long-term actions to build the realities we want to see in the world.

We stimulate the awakening of individual consciousness, encouraging compassion, care and cooperation with the planet and all beings, thus promoting sustainability (social, financial, ecological and creative), individual responsibility and the building of an economically prosperous society, socially just and environmentally responsible.

Desapegue-se  Sustainability Trade Show: Show ways to mobilize, think and act collectively with the goal of building the city that citizens want is the proposal of the fair, which takes place since 2008, every second Sunday of the month, in Plaza Edmundo Rego , Grajaú

The project shares the motto of Agenda 21 “Think globally and act locally” and works towards the implementation of the principles of the Earth Charter, which is a legally binding international instrument to build a sustainable global community; as well as the Sustainable Development Objectives (ODS), a global agenda adopted during the UN Summit on Sustainable Development in September 2015 comprising 17 goals and 169 goals to be achieved by 2030.

Thematic axes developed within the Fair: sociocultural actions, socioeconomic actions, ecological actions, health actions and quality of life, educational actions.
