Uelkom is an initiative based on ethnographic models for social innovation that empowers vulnerable communities to make them part of the diagnosis, development and implementation processes of projects for social change. They participate from the start in the thinking of ideas for development for their latent social problems, to make them creative protagonists in their own transformation.
