This case is very interesting for the long experience and the solutions adopted, particularly on the governance model. Here we can see what happens when you are successful in planning for the long term in a systemic way. At the same time you can apply reverse engineering and spot the ingredients you need to develop effective strategies. What you discover is that many aspects are very “transition like” ante litteram.
